Abu Melha Palace

Abu Melha Palace is located on the outskirts of Al-Bahar Square in the center of Abha city. It is one of the distinctive landmarks in the area and is still standing. The palace represents the distinctive architectural style of the Asir region, and the Asiri House Museum with all its details of furniture and others, and it is one of the distinguished heritage palaces in the center of Abha.

​AMSY began construction in 2018 and employed the region’s vernacular and used traditional building methods to restore the dilapidated Palace. the material is used varies from Earthen plaster to juniper wood the area’s most utilized construction wood type used for the Place’s roofs, doors and windows.
